C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, develop back-end applications using C#, and ensure application performance and quality while collaborating with a software development team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using .Net framework and MVC architecture
• Participate in Agile development practices and collaborate with stakeholders for project requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field with at least five years of experience in .Net development
• Strong expertise in C#, .Net Core, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools, as well as unit testing frameworks like NUnit
