C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, develop back-end applications using C#, and ensure software quality and performance while collaborating within an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration
• Develop and maintain .Net back-end applications, utilizing CI/CD practices and testing frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and improve application performance

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with strong C# skills
• Proficiency in developing applications using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework for database design and development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Five or more years of professional experience in software development using .Net technologies
