C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and provide development support while utilizing full-stack development expertise in .Net and C#.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop back-end applications using .Net Core and MVC architecture while ensuring application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and implement Agile best practices

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with strong understanding of C#
• Proficiency in database design and development, including SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
• Five or more years of software development experience using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
