C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and provide development support while utilizing full-stack development expertise in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop back-end applications using .Net Core and MVC architecture while ensuring application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and implement best engineering practices

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Expertise in .Net framework, C#, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Proficiency in database design and development, including SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
