C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, develop back-end applications using C#, and ensure software quality and performance while collaborating with a software development team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical planning and detailed requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Utilize full-stack development expertise for .Net applications, ensuring quality and responsiveness
• Document software designs and collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with a strong understanding of C#
• Proficiency in developing back-end applications using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with database design and development, particularly with SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with at least five years of relevant experience
