C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development tasks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop back-end applications using C# and .Net Core, ensuring performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement long-term solutions within an Agile framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with five or more years of experience in software development
• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong knowledge of C# and Object-Oriented Programming
• Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and database design using SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as version control systems like GIT
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
