C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, develop back-end applications using C#, and ensure the quality and responsiveness of software systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop and maintain .Net back-end applications, utilizing CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and provide technical support

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong knowledge of C# and OOP principles
• Proficiency in developing applications using MVC architecture and experience with RESTful APIs
• Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with relevant professional experience
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
