C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time remote C#/.Net Developer - II will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development of back-end applications using C#, while ensuring application performance and quality through Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning and detailed requirements definition for software systems
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to create and maintain .Net applications, including CI/CD deployment
• Document software designs and collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with strong C# knowledge
• Proficiency in developing back-end applications using MVC architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database design using SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools, along with unit testing frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with five or more years of relevant experience
