C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time remote C#/.Net Developer - II will perform software development tasks including technical planning, requirements definition, and integration while utilizing full-stack development expertise in .Net and C#.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration
• Utilize full-stack development skills to create and maintain .Net back-end applications, ensuring quality and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members, participating in Agile practices and daily stand-ups

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Proficiency in .Net framework, .Net Core, and C# with a strong understanding of MVC architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework for database design and development
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as version control systems like GIT
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
