C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time C#/.Net Developer - II will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development support while working remotely and ensuring application performance and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and detailed requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to create and maintain .Net back-end applications, ensuring quality and responsiveness
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and implement Agile practices for improved reusability

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Strong expertise in the .Net framework and .Net Core, with proficiency in C# and MVC architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework for database design and development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS and CI/CD practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
