C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote C#/.Net Developer - II will perform technical planning, develop back-end applications using C#, and ensure software quality and performance through testing and integration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and detailed requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Utilize full-stack development expertise to create and maintain .Net applications, ensuring quality through CI/CD practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and implement Agile methodologies for improved project outcomes

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong knowledge of C#
• Proficiency in developing applications using MVC architecture and experience with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
