C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote C#/.Net Developer - II will perform technical planning, develop back-end applications using C#, and ensure application performance and quality while collaborating with a software development team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration
• Develop and maintain .Net back-end applications, utilizing CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
• Document software designs and collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in C#, .Net framework, and back-end application development using MVC architecture
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices
