C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time remote C#/.Net Developer - II will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and provide development support while utilizing full-stack development expertise in C# and .Net technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using .Net Core and C# within an Agile framework
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure software quality and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field with at least five years of experience in software development
• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong skills in C# and MVC architecture
• Proficiency in database design and development, including SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Experience with RESTful APIs and version control systems such as GIT
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, along with Agile development methodologies
