C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time C#/.Net Developer - II will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and full-stack development using C# and .Net technologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning, requirements definition, and software integration for various projects
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using .Net Core and C#, ensuring performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement Agile practices and promote good software engineering standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Expertise in .Net framework, C#, and MVC architecture
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework
• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as version control systems like GIT
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
