C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote C#/.Net Developer - II will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development of back-end applications using C#, while ensuring application performance and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration
• Develop and maintain back-end applications utilizing the .Net framework and MVC architecture
• Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in Agile development practices

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Expertise in C#, .Net Core, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Proficiency in database design and development with SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as Agile development methodologies
