C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time C#/.Net Developer - II will perform technical planning, develop back-end applications using C#, and ensure software quality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration
• Utilize full-stack development skills to create and maintain .Net applications, ensuring performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and implement Agile practices

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with strong C# skills
• Proficiency in developing applications using MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with at least five years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, along with Agile development methodologies
