C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote C#/.Net Developer - II will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development support while utilizing full-stack expertise in .Net and C#.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and detailed requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop back-end applications using .Net Core and MVC architecture, ensuring application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and implement Agile best practices

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong proficiency in C#
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database design using SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, along with Agile development methodologies
