C#/.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote C#/.Net Developer - II will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and provide development support while utilizing full-stack development expertise in .Net and C#.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop back-end applications using .Net and C#, ensuring performance and quality through Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and implement long-term solutions

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with proficiency in MVC architecture
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database design, including SQL Server and Entity Framework
