C#/.Net Developer II

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote C#/.Net Developer II will perform technical planning, software integration, and development of .Net back-end applications while collaborating with the software development team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and detailed requirements definition, including test planning and execution
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using C# and .Net Core, ensuring application performance and quality
• Participate in Agile development processes and collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong knowledge of C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Proficiency in database design and development, including SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD practices, and version control systems like GIT
