C#/.Net Developer II

Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote C#/.Net Developer II will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and development of .Net back-end applications using C#, while collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration
• Utilize full-stack development expertise for .Net applications, including unit testing and CI/CD deployment
• Document software designs and promote good software engineering practices within an Agile framework

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong C# skills
• Proficiency in back-end application development using MVC architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database design using SQL Server
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with five or more years of experience in software development
