C#/.Net Developer II

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote C#/.Net Developer II will perform software development tasks including technical planning, requirements definition, and integration while utilizing full-stack development expertise in .Net and C#.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration
• Utilize full-stack development skills for .Net back-end applications and ensure application performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement Agile practices and promote good software engineering standards

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with strong C# skills
• Proficiency in back-end application development using MVC architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database design using SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least five years of relevant experience
