Job Summary
To drive revenue growth and enhance sales effectiveness, the remote CAD/CAM Solutions & Growth Manager will lead Mastercam and Verisurf initiatives, manage enterprise accounts, and provide technical enablement to account managers and sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the revenue growth trajectory by winning key enterprise accounts and driving Add-On adoption
- Equip account managers and sales teams with technical enablement and actionable pricing guidance
- Build and operate a data-driven software growth engine using CRM and Showpad to track performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in CAD/CAM/CAI
- Proven track record in technical sales and commercial execution
- Expertise in Mastercam and Verisurf software
- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Willingness to travel selectively for business needs
