CAD Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CAD Designer to contribute to the development of innovative bicycle designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and lead the development of organic-shaped 3D CAD models using advanced surfacing techniques
• Produce detailed CAD documentation using Onshape for internal and external review
• Support the design and development needs of Engineering and Industrial Design teams while managing multiple projects efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Design, Industrial Design, or a related field focusing on Advanced 3D CAD Surface modeling
• Experience with Onshape software, particularly in complex solid and surface modeling
• High-level proficiency in Advanced 3D CAD Surfacing and consumer-centered design
• Ability to translate design intent into a 3D CAD model
• Proficiency in computer applications such as spreadsheets and presentations
