CAD Engineer

Job Summary

Utilizing CAD software to design security products and systems, the part-time CAD Engineer will create detailed models and drawings while collaborating with project teams to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop security systems and components using CAD software
• Collaborate with project teams to create and revise drawings and models
• Update and maintain CAD libraries with new components and designs

Required qualifications:

• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks
• Strong knowledge of security systems and components
• Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and building codes
• Knowledge of material properties and fabrication methods
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
