Job Summary

A company is looking for a CAD Service Quality Engineer to join their Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve CAD service issues impacting active agencies in collaboration with Customer Success and Engineering
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improving reliability and service quality
  • Document findings and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of professional experience with Computer Aided Dispatch systems
  • Background in public safety and understanding of CAD systems in emergency environments
  • Technical proficiency with CAD systems and troubleshooting capabilities
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background checks for federal agencies
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve support for users
