Job Summary
A company is looking for a CAD Service Quality Engineer to join their Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve CAD service issues impacting active agencies in collaboration with Customer Success and Engineering
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improving reliability and service quality
- Document findings and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience with Computer Aided Dispatch systems
- Background in public safety and understanding of CAD systems in emergency environments
- Technical proficiency with CAD systems and troubleshooting capabilities
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background checks for federal agencies
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve support for users
