Job Summary
Collaborating with engineers, the remote CAD Technician will design, draft, and evaluate engineering plan sets while utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and MicroStation, contributing to impactful projects in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, draft, review, and evaluate engineering plan sets in collaboration with engineers
- Create Civil Engineering drawings and prepare report figures for projects
- Write technical documents including material lists and cost estimates while ensuring accuracy and industry standards
Required qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline
- Professional certification such as ADDA and CADD
- 1+ years of related design and drafting experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferably Civil 3D), Revit, and MicroStation
- Knowledge of engineering practices and industry standards
