Job Summary

To enhance patient care delivery, the full-time remote Cadence Certified Clinical Access Partner will serve as a subject matter expert on template design strategy, guiding patients through the healthcare system and optimizing scheduling solutions in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for departments and clinicians on decision tree and template design best practices
  • Develops guidelines for templates aligned with enterprise goals to improve access to care and provider productivity
  • Provides consultative support on new deployments of decision trees and online scheduling initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Four years of experience with Epic scheduling and/or template management
  • Epic Cadence Certification obtained within two years of hire
