Job Summary

To support a customer for a 6-month contract, the remote CAE Engineer will focus on structural analysis, including linear static and non-linear contacts, specifically for drive trains in electric vehicles using ANSYS Workbench and ANSYS Mechanical.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support the customer full-time for the duration of the contract
  • Conduct structural analysis involving internal and external loads
  • Perform linear static and non-linear contact analyses on large components
Required qualifications:
  • Experience with ANSYS Workbench and ANSYS Mechanical
  • Background in structural analysis specific to electric vehicle drive trains
  • Proficiency in linear static analysis
  • Knowledge of non-linear contacts including slip and bolt integrity
