CAFM CAD Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting strategic occupancy planning solutions, the full-time remote CAFM CAD Analyst will develop migration plans, enforce space policies, and ensure data accuracy across IWMS platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop migration plans and sequencing for group-level and individual moves aligned with corporate guidelines
• Create, recommend, and enforce space policies, standards, procedures, and protocols
• Ensure data accuracy across TRIRIGA instance and report on current supply, capacity, and forecast changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
• Expert AutoCAD skills
• TRIRIGA IWMS system experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cell calculations)
