CAHPS & HOS Program Lead
Job Summary
Leading the execution of strategy, governance, delivery, and performance for the CAHPS and HOS programs, the full-time remote CAHPS & HOS Program Lead will translate regulatory requirements and consumer insights into coordinated enterprise strategies while providing mentorship and guidance to cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate leadership direction into multiyear roadmaps and performance targets for CAHPS and HOS programs
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on CAHPS and HOS requirements, ensuring alignment across business and technical functions
- Lead complex workstreams, providing program-level guidance and ensuring high-quality execution across initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in health care, patient experience, program management, or a related field
- Five years of experience with CAHPS, HOS, Stars, or other quality/regulatory programs
- Five years of project or program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in the healthcare industry, including health plans or provider groups
- Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies and measurable outcomes
