Job Summary

A company is looking for a Calendaring Virtual Assistant to assist their Criminal Defense department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage attorney scheduled court appearances and appointments, ensuring coverage when necessary
  • Handle calendar management and maintain communication with courts and attorneys
  • Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and manage information requests and meeting minutes
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel for managing complex spreadsheets
  • 1+ years of office experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Previous experience in the legal field
  • Experience with Case Management Software
