Calibration Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Calibration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop calibration solutions for various sensors in both factory and uncontrolled environments
• Implement calibration technology solutions to maintain vehicle calibration awareness
• Contribute to software development through code reviews, testing strategies, and mentoring junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field with 4+ years of experience (or Master's degree with 2+ years, or PhD)
• Experience with robotics sensor calibration algorithms, SLAM, sensor fusion, or odometry techniques
• Strong understanding of numerical linear algebra and optimization algorithms
• Proficiency in C++ for real-time applications and experience with Python programming
• Experience with camera, lidar, radar, or IMU sensors
