Job Summary
A company is looking for an Academic Human Resources Analyst to oversee Academic Personnel policies, contracts, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Recommend, develop, implement, and evaluate Academic Personnel policies and procedures related to recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
- Resolve moderate to complex academic personnel-related issues affecting various academic titles
- Serve as the primary academic contact for designated client departments
Required Qualifications
- HR Generalist experience, including onboarding, payroll management, and offboarding
- Experience in an academic or university setting
- Ability to apply theoretical knowledge practically within the HR function
- Comprehensive understanding of university campus and academic practices, policies, and procedures
