California Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Account Manager II.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer services for new or established accounts
• Manage accounts with significant revenue, ensuring growth and client retention
• Conduct regular stewardship meetings and oversee client-specific reporting

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, sales, or marketing
• Demonstrated experience in account management
• Training within the insurance industry or managed care preferred
• Some experience in Worker's Compensation required
• Knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce
