Job Summary
Overseeing a portfolio of restaurant clients, the full-time California Account Manager will optimize Grubhub accounts, enhance menu pages, and drive growth through relationship-building and support in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client accounts by ensuring timely communication and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Conduct regular check-ins with restaurant partners to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels
- Assist restaurants in attracting new diners and boosting order volume through effective service delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; High School degree/GED required
- 2-4 years of Sales or Account Manager experience, preferably with restaurant owners
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Google products; experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
- Native-level fluency in English; fluency in Mandarin or Spanish is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
