Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage accounts payable processes remotely within California.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently process invoices, expense reports, and reconcile supplier statements
- Properly maintain records, including those necessary for 1099 compliance
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in accounts payable
- High proficiency with Enterprise Accounting Software, ERP Software, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work strategically and creatively across teams
