Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage accounts payable processes remotely within California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently process invoices, expense reports, and reconcile supplier statements
  • Properly maintain records, including those necessary for 1099 compliance
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP standards
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in accounts payable
