California Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their remote team in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify credit card transactions and ensure accurate billing codes for client-related expenses
• Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements while maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and track vendor payments

Required Qualifications

• Two (2) plus years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting
• Familiarity with Ramp and legal billing systems such as TimeSolv is preferred
• Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
