Job Summary
To support the Master of Arts in Leadership program, the part-time hybrid Adjunct Faculty for LDSH 600-01 Values in Action will facilitate online and in-person classes, focusing on leadership values and skills necessary for contemporary management.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate online and in-person class sessions, engaging students in discussions about leadership values
- Design and implement experiential exercises and coaching activities to enhance student learning
- Assess student performance and provide feedback to support their development in leadership practices
Required qualifications
- Applicants must reside in California
- Experience teaching online or hybrid courses
- Experience working with learning communities
- Expertise in adult learning theory
- Familiarity with constructive development theory
