Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative California Administrative Assistant, the full-time remote position will manage administrative support for the Career Catalyst program, including hiring processes, data entry in Salesforce and Workday, and meeting coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the Career Catalyst Service, including managing the Salesforce ticketing system and assisting with client and employee training
- Accurately enter and audit data in Salesforce and Workday, generating reports as needed
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up on action items
Required qualifications
- Relevant AA/AS degree, certifications, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 12 months of administrative experience in an office environment
- Strong customer service record required
- Familiarity with human resources processes preferred
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
