Job Summary

To support a long-term care facility, the full-time California Administrator in Training will assist in analyzing operations, act as a liaison among stakeholders, and compile budget reports while working under the supervision of a licensed Precepting Administrator.

Key responsibilities
  • Assists in analyzing nursing facility operations and compiles budget projections
  • Acts as a liaison between the facility, residents, families, and the community
  • Monitors industry regulations and assists in policy execution and HR issues
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred; Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
  • Ability to read and interpret business documents and governmental regulations
  • Mathematical skills to apply concepts like fractions and percentages
  • Experience in managing and overseeing employees is beneficial
