Job Summary

Responsible for implementing the affordable housing program and ensuring regulatory compliance, the full-time California Affordable Housing Administrator will work remotely to manage property compliance, conduct audits, and coordinate with regulatory agencies.

Key responsibilities
  • Reviews and ensures compliance with Affordable Housing Programs and prepares compliance reports for local governmental agencies
  • Conducts property file audits, identifies non-compliance issues, and communicates findings to management
  • Monitors income limits and assists in processing income and asset verifications for residents
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in affordable housing
  • Knowledge of income calculations and file processing
  • Familiarity with local and state housing programs and regulations
  • Experience in preparing and managing applicant/resident documentation
  • Ability to coordinate with regulatory agencies such as HUD and PHAs
