Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Marketing Manager who will own the strategy and execution of AI-enabled growth marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the growth marketing plan across acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion
• Personally execute and optimize campaigns, content, and experiments in a lean environment
• Build dashboards, reporting cadences, and experimentation frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
• Demonstrated ownership of outcomes including CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline or revenue growth
• Proven ability to ship campaigns end-to-end from strategy through reporting
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools for marketing execution and optimization
• Ownership mentality with a commitment to continuous learning, growth, and ongoing improvement
