To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time remote California and Arizona HR Manager will manage multi-state compliance, oversee payroll processes, and drive talent acquisition while enhancing employee experience and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multi-state compliance and full-cycle payroll processes in Rippling
• Drive full-cycle recruiting from job description creation to onboarding
• Administer employee benefits and design engagement programs to support professional development

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as a generalist
• Strong working knowledge of California and Arizona state employment laws
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) is a plus
• Availability for full-time work within Pacific Time Zone business hours
