Seeking a full-time remote California and Arizona HR Manager, the successful candidate will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and payroll accuracy while driving talent acquisition and enhancing employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multi-state compliance and full-cycle payroll in Rippling, maintaining audit-ready records
• Drive full-cycle recruiting from job description creation to onboarding top-tier talent
• Administer benefits, design engagement programs, and support professional development initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as a generalist
• Strong working knowledge of California and Arizona state employment laws
• Availability for full-time work within Pacific Time Zone business hours
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) is a plus
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is highly preferred
