Job Summary

California and Florida Licensed Claims Manager, responsible for supervising a team of claims professionals in a full-time work-from-home position, ensuring compliance with standards and managing claims effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a unit of 5-8 claims professionals and manage their caseloads
• Ensure adherence to file handling standards and respond to claim appeals and grievances
• Lead the team to achieve business goals while promoting a culture of service and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred
• 7+ years of overall claims and litigation experience, preferably in the relevant field
• Preferred 2+ years of claims supervisory experience or similar related experience
• Claims designation (AIC, ARM, CPCU, SCLA, or other industry-related) preferred
• Active California Adjuster's License required; ability to obtain a Florida Adjuster's license is necessary
