Job Summary
To support a growing virtual care team, the full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) will conduct telehealth evaluations, triage and treat patients remotely, and provide personalized wellness education while maintaining flexible scheduling in California and Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Annual Medical Clearance evaluations via video/audio to assess patient eligibility for treatment
- Triage and treat patients through a secure telemedicine platform, ensuring quality virtual care experiences
- Collaborate with the care team and manage clinical documentation, e-prescriptions, and lab orders
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in California and Texas
- 1+ years of Nurse Practitioner (NP) experience in California
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in EMRs, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
- Quiet, professional home work environment with reliable internet
