California and Texas Licensed Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth team, the part-time per diem Nurse Practitioner (NP) will conduct medical evaluations, triage and treat patients remotely, and provide personalized wellness education while working flexible weekend shifts in California and Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Annual Medical Clearance evaluations via video/audio to assess patient eligibility for treatment
- Triage and treat patients through a secure telemedicine platform, delivering compassionate virtual care experiences
- Collaborate with the care team and manage clinical documentation, e-prescriptions, and lab orders
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in California and Texas
- At least 1 year of Nurse Practitioner (NP) experience in California
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in EMRs, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
- Quiet, professional home work environment with reliable internet
