Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers in purchasing Home Warranty products
- Deliver sales presentations and manage customer concerns while adhering to policies and procedures
- Maintain product knowledge and work with management to achieve sales and service goals
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Valid Personal Lines Insurance Producer or General Lines Property and Casualty Producer license for Texas or California
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous experience in Home Warranty or Real Estate is preferred
