Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Call Center Sales Representative for California and Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers in purchasing Home Warranty products
  • Deliver sales presentations and manage customer concerns while adhering to policies and procedures
  • Maintain product knowledge and work with management to achieve sales and service goals
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Valid Personal Lines Insurance Producer or General Lines Property and Casualty Producer license for Texas or California
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous experience in Home Warranty or Real Estate is preferred
