Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of ten years of experience in application services and development, including three years in a healthcare environment and three years in management
• Expertise in application lifecycle management and large-scale software implementation
• Knowledge of software development processes and architecture development
• Ability to mentor, train, and evaluate staff effectively
