Job Summary
A company is looking for an ASL Customer Support Representative (Remote, California only).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls in ASL and addressing account-related or technical support issues
- Determine the root cause of customer problems and resolve issues using available tools and resources
- Educate customers on billing details and facilitate payment processes while promoting additional services
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in American Sign Language
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferred)
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple screens
- Must be able to work in a remote, highly structured environment
