Job Summary

A company is looking for an ASL Customer Support Representative (Remote, California only).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls in ASL and addressing account-related or technical support issues
  • Determine the root cause of customer problems and resolve issues using available tools and resources
  • Educate customers on billing details and facilitate payment processes while promoting additional services


Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in American Sign Language
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferred)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple screens
  • Must be able to work in a remote, highly structured environment
